Latasha’s Kitchen Green Chimichurri Sauce/Marinade is an excellent topping to chicken, fish and meat as shown below.


Portion plating

  • ¼ plate low GI carbohydrate − 1 corn cob OR 2 small Carisma potatoes
  • ¼ plate protein-rich food − 150 gm lean red or white meat or fish
  • ½ plate vegetables − steamed, boiled, salad or lightly pan fried
