Date & tamarind chicken skewers

Ingredients

Garnish

  • Chopped parsley, snow pea sprouts and edible flowers

Method

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. Grill, BBQ or cook in a hot fry pan until just done.
  3. Mix with 1 tablespoon of Latasha’s Kitchen Date & Tamarind Chutney and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  4. Serve on cucumber slices, garnished with parsley, snow pea sprouts and edible flowers.

TIP: Combine 1 tablespoon of Latasha’s Kitchen Date & Tamarind Chutney and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to drizzle over the skewers.
