Quick & Easy Dry-Style Tikka

This dry-style tikka is easy with Latasha’s concentrated tikka masala paste. You can have a wholesome and delicious tikka in a hurry!

Please note that 180g concentrate makes 2kg protein for 12 meals. There are 6 tablespoons in every jar and one tablespoon feeds two people. The recipe below is for 4-6 people.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of Latasha’s Kitchen Tikka Masala paste
  • 1/4 cup of yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 kg diced chicken fillets, thighs, tenderloins or breast
  • Handful of mint and yogurt to serve

Directions

  1. Marinate diced chicken fillets with Tikka paste, salt, yoghurt and juice of a lemon overnight.
  2. BBQ, grill or oven bake the chicken.
  3. Serve with garnish and minted yoghurt.
