The Process

We take our traditional apple cider vinegar and combine it with sugar in a large vessel. It is gently heated until the sugar dissolves and we obtain the desired consistency for bottling.

This produces a luxuriously sweet and tart finishing sauce that is perfect for coleslaw, desserts, fruit salads, baked vegetables or as a creative garnish. You can use it as a vinaigrette, marinade or as a glaze over roast meats or add to sauces and gravy.
