Review: For the purpose of this tasting I have cooking some diced chicken tenderloins and followed the cooking instructions on the jar. This is a mild curry with a nice aromatic flavour that’s quite evident once the cooking process begins. It’s nicely balanced with a little hint of heat in the background. Topping it with some fried chillies in accordance with the cooking guidelines added a bit more heat to it. On my heat rating it’s a 3 out of 10….

Verdict: Latasha’s Kitchen Madras Curry Paste is an excellent simmer sauce well suited to beef, lamb or chicken. It’s a sauce that’s perfect for those who want a milder curry dish. It’s very nicely balanced. I found it to be delicious and authentic to the region of its origin. My final score is 8 out of 10.
